Canadian Shipping

Hi TerrainSpotters,

This is just a very quick message to our backers in Canada.

Unfortunately, despite being informed that all North American orders (including Canada) had been shipped by our American shipping hub last week, it has since transpired that Canadian orders had not been shipped.

We're extremely sorry for this and the confusion caused. Canadian pledges will start shipping from today (July 16th) so they should be with you shortly.

Please accept our apologies but it was a genuine mistake on our part, as we were told that shipping had been completed.

Hi TerrainSpotters,

You'll be pleased to hear that all TerrainCrate pledges have been shipped. We've seen plenty of comments on social media about people receiving their Crates and are delighted to even see some being used in games straight away.

If you haven't received your TerrainCrate, please wait until August 9th before contacting customer support. Occasionally it can take up to 28 days for a package to arrive. After August 9th, please contact customer support here.

If you have received your TerrainCrate and are missing items or have damaged pieces, please contact Mantic support here.

HOW TO EASILY FIX BENT PIECES

Unfortunately during transport pieces - particularly items like the candle sticks or cart wheels - can become bent. However, it's extremely easy to fix these yourself, using some hot water. Here's how...

1. Get some freshly boiled water and pop it in a container

2. Carefully place the piece in question into the water and leave there for between 30 seconds and 1 minute. Leaving the piece in hot water for too long isn't a problem as the plastic won't melt. The larger the piece, the longer you have to leave it in the water

3. Normally while the piece is in the hot water, it'll often straighten itself out. If not, carefully remove the piece from the water using tweezers or a fork (so you don't get burnt) and then reshape it

4. Once it's back into position, quickly dip it into some very cold water. This will set the piece back into the correct shape

Of course, if your piece is warped beyond what the hot water treatment can fix, then please contact customer support.

SHIPPING UPDATE - June 26th

Hi TerrainSpotters,

This is a very quick update to let you know that TerrainCrate pledges will be shipping to backers within the next week. Woo hoo! 

Australasia - these have already started shipping from the Australian shipping hub

US/Canada - everything has arrived at the US shipping hub and shipping will start by the end of the week

UK/Europe/Rest of World - due in the Mantic warehouse on Thursday and shipped within a week

We'll post another update once all the shipping is complete so you'll know when you can expect your delivery.

You'll probably see some activity over on the Mantic Blog this week too as TerrainCrate sets are going up for pre-order on the Mantic website. There will be some painting guides and various pictures of the sets, so you can have a sneak peek before your pledges arrive.

We'll be back soon with an update when shipping is complete!

Just a very quick update about shipping.

Australia/New Zealand - pledges have arrived at the Australian shipping hub and will begin shipping shortly

USA/Canada - due to arrive at the American shipping hub on June 21st

UK/Europe/RoW - due to arrive here in the UK on June 30th

For those of you not living in Australia/New Zealand there's still time to change your shipping address. This is a final, final chance to make sure we've got the correct address on our shipping database.

Email [email protected] before June 18th with any final changes to your shipping address. Following this, we cannot guarantee your order will be shipped to the correct address.

Hi TerrainSpotters,

A couple of things today, firstly Ronnie is here with a message to say thank you to all you lovely backers. Secondly, we've got a quick update about shipments.

Just to repeat what Ronnie says in the video, thank you so much for your support during the campaign. Sorry that deliveries will be arriving a little later than expected but TerrainCrate will be in your hands soon.

SHIPPING UPDATE

We've also got a quick update regarding the boat carrying all your goodies to our warehouse, ready to be sent out to Europe/UK. There's has been a slight change since the last update and the new boat details can be found below.

Boat name: MAREN MAERSK - due to arrive in the UK on June 24th (assuming there are no problems) and then in our warehouse around July 2nd. We'll then begin shipping out pledges as soon as possible. 

Regarding the Australian pledges, these are due to arrive in Australia around June 8th and will then be sent to our Australian distributor ready to be sent to backers.

American and Canadian orders are due to arrive in the US on June 9th. It'll then take around 11 days to arrive at the shipping hub ready for pledges to be sent to backers.
